6 On The Square COVID-19 Protection
6 On The Square wishes to keep its artists, patrons, and staff safe from the spread of COVID-19. Artists rely on healthy venues for their livelihood. Several steps have been implemented for everyone’s safety. All artists, staff, and volunteers who enter the 6OTS venue are vaccinated All patrons will be required to show proof of a vaccination at the front counter, either by a card issued by the vaccine provider or by an Excelsior Pass on paper or an electronic device.
Every person entering the venue for a concert needs to be masked. A properly worn mask offers protection for the person wearing the mask and others. The mask needs to cover the nose and mouth for the entire time the person is in the venue, except when that person is eating or drinking. UV disinfection has been installed in the air conditioner and in the furnace. The UV system is designed to kill COVID and other air borne viruses. The public, including ticket holders are notified of the above requirements on our website, social media, and when they purchase tickets. Our kitchen is open, serving pastries, pie, cake and cookies, individually wrapped, as well as bottled beverages and coffee and tea.
